The Blington food chopper minces meat and much more in less time. A 500 W motor drives 6 stainless steel blades (3 layers) through a 3-litre bowl, so onions, garlic, herbs, nuts, vegetables, fish, poultry and meat are chopped in seconds — and fillings for kebabs, koftas, dumplings and samosas come together without a board and knife.

The contoured black top doubles as the grip and the switch — rest your palm on it and press to chop.

Glass or Stainless Steel Bowl

Choose the bowl that suits your kitchen: the JMC1007 has a 3-litre glass bowl with a handle, so you can watch the texture as you pulse; the JMC1008 has a 3-litre stainless steel bowl with a handle that is lighter, unbreakable and keeps its looks for years. Both share the same motor unit, lid and blade assembly.

Two Speeds, Low Noise

Two speed settings give you control from a coarse chop to a fine mince. The motor runs quietly, and a built-in protective device switches it off before it can overheat, so it is safe to use every day.

Easy to Clean

The blade assembly lifts out of the bowl, so the bowl, lid and blades rinse clean in seconds and there is nowhere for food to hide. The stainless steel and ABS housing wipes clean with a damp cloth, and the non-slip pad keeps the chopper steady on the counter while it works.

Care Tips

• Cut large pieces into 2–3 cm chunks before chopping and work in short pulses for an even result.
• Do not fill the bowl past the MAX line, and do not run the motor continuously for long periods — let it rest between batches.
• Rinse the bowl, lid and blade assembly straight after use; the motor unit must never be immersed in water.
